Mi-space is a member of two large framework agreements, Source in England and Integrate in Wales. We have worked with some, but not all, of the member organisations. We believe whole heartedly in the aims and objectives of collaborative frameworks and understand that if Government targets for affordable housing are to be achieved, then the benefits of partnering have to be made tangible.

Our aim is always to delight our clients by trying harder in every single aspect of what we do as a contractor. Whether keeping residents happy on tricky refurbishment projects, delivering zero defect new build schemes, on time and on budget or exceeding performance targets in the field of environmental performance the Mi-space team will always try harder than the competition. We want to work with clients who think the same way as we do, we want to stand out in a crowded marketplace and we want to enjoy ourselves in the process.

Below is a list of some of our past and present clients. We understand that we actually have two sets of clients that we answer to, the residents who we deliver for and the Housing Associations / Local Authorities that we work for. The resident is always the ultimate client, keep them happy and we tend to have happy Housing Associations / Local Authorities as well. Simplicity itself!
