What we realise is that Mi-space in reality has two clients of equal importance, the residents, and the organisation who manage their housing. If truth be told to us the resident is the most important factor as we understand that they are the ultimate user of our services and provided you are kept happy it is likely that the management organisation will be kept happy to.
We commit to always trying harder when dealing with residents. If complaints arise they are dealt with quickly and by the most appropriate person in the Mi-space team.
