Partnering
An easy word to say, a far more challenging thing to actually deliver!
Mi-space is an organisation built on a partnering ethos, we have seen the benefits first hand, enjoyed the process and believe in the philosophy. We have not only practiced this method of working in the affordable housing sector but absorbed numerous techniques from other parts of the Midas Group including large frameworks (many open book) with Government, Retail and the Banking Sector.
What we have learned after years of experience is that the partnering process is best executed if every framework is treated on an individual basis. There are of course common elements of best practice that run through them all, however every organisation has its own culture some of which are predisposed to partnering, some of which are resistant. Our aim is always to understand the common objectives, clearly designate roles and responsibilities and to focus on the long term aims of the team we build. We do not profess to have all the answers, but we do have the desire, the knowledge and the skills to help create a project environment where genuine partnering can flourish and deliver all that it promises.
