Midas Group open new office in Cardiff for Welsh expansion

Midas Group is pleased to announce it has opened a new office at the Greenmeadow Springs Business Park in Cardiff. The teams moved into the building on Monday 15 December.
The office will comprise the Midas Construction Wales team and Mi-space who will both be expanding their business further into South Wales.
This year Midas Group reported excellent yearly figures for the business that included a 38% increase in profits.
Midas Construction Wales is currently turning over approximately £30m worth of business in Wales, with recent projects such as The Orb in Newport and The Army Cadet Base in Crickhowell.
The Mi-space team has a number of Social Housing projects currently under construction, and a strong pipeline for 2009 and beyond. Mi-space is one of the main contractors partnering on the Integrate Consortium made up of: Cardiff Community Housing Association, Newydd, United Welsh, Coastal Housing Group, Taff Housing Association, Cadwyn Housing Association, Valleys to Coast and Pembrokshire Housing Association. As a company dedicated solely to the Social Housing sector (including Sustainable Development and Land Finding/Development) this new office signals further long term investment in Wales and the Social Housing Community.

Greenmeadow Springs has rapidly established itself as one of Wales's leading out-of-town business developments. Over 400 jobs have been created to date and occupiers include Leonard Cheshire Disability, the Stroke Association, Barratt, Connaught, Nationwide Building Society, Cadarn Housing Association, Ashtenne and the Bank of England. The park is situation off Junction 32 of the M4 at the Coryton roundabout.
