Mi–space reach the top of Rowancroft

Mi-space, part of the Midas Group, has reached the highest point of the construction work on the Rowancroft development in Exeter with a topping out ceremony.
The team is building the £7.7m Rowancroft student apartment scheme for Exeter University and Signpost Housing at Heavitree in the City. The scheme will see the construction of 219 student apartments which will be finished toward the end of next summer.
The ceremony was attended by employees from Mi-space, Exeter University and Signpost Homes amongst others.
