Mi–space appointed on the HCA Delivery Partner Panel

The Mi-space team are delighted to announce that we have been selected to be part of the Homes and Communities Agencies (HCA) Delivery Partner Panel for the Southern Region. The panel was set up by the HCA to streamline the development of publicly owned land. In addition to having the opportunity to work on HCA schemes our team also get the opportunity to work with Regional Development Agencies, Local Authorities and other Public Agencies on housing focused development.
The Delivery Partner Panel is a ‘one stop shop' to assist with all stages of the development process. Finance, funding, design and construction are all services that it is expected to provide. The ultimate aim is a productive and equitable relationship between the public and the private sector for the provision of housing across the UK.
We look forward to involving ourselves in the Panel and bringing our own style of thinking regarding the practical development of high quality, well designed, durable and sustainable housing across our region. We are all going to be judged on the basis of ‘delivery' so exciting times ahead.
