About Mi-space
Mi-space is the affordable housing company of the Midas Group, one of the fastest growing companies of its kind in the UK.
Midas has over 20 yrs experience in the Affordable Housing Sector which was delivered through the former Midas Property Services Division. As part of a wider Group restructure in 2007 Mi-space was formed to focus the collective housing experience, talent and knowledge within the Group to service the needs of the Social and Affordable Housing sectors.
Our aim is to deliver new build and refurbishment projects and frameworks in an exemplary way using our Partnering and Open Book skills gained in a wide variety of commercial arenas (Housing, Government, Banking, Retail). The Mi-space team believe passionately in the benefits of sustainable construction, and in being a positive force in the community.
Mi-space has offices in Bristol, Exeter, and Newport that provide affordable housing services in Southern England, the South West and Wales.
